Meet Chris Patterson, our head coach and founder of the Fit4Life movement.
Chris serves as a virtual health, fitness and nutrition coaching professional providing 100% online transformation challenges, 1-to-1 coaching, and accountability for clients and members around the world that want to truly be Fit4Life.
Chris leads the charge along side the Fit4Life team specializing in making fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle/behavior modification easy and realistic for busy professionals to look and feel the way they deserve with simplified and proven methods that provide lasting results.
Chris has studied the human body, biological impacts of food on health, and proper fitness and resistance training for nearly 20 years. He started his journey as a highschool athlete and dedicated himself to pursuing and developing the right knowledge and practices to improve performance and earn a spot as a varsity-level athlete.
After highschool, Chris pursued personal mastery of his own relationship with food, exercise and balanced healthy living for a higher quality of life. He saw the significant difference that these efforts made in his own life and realized that this was something that many others around him were struggling with at the cost of their own happiness. He decided to go beyond the basic studies of proper training methods and healthy eating, and specialized in how to help coach and lead people to make changes in the behaviors that were keeping them from succeeding in this part of their life and how to help them develop personal conviction to change their habits that affect how they look and feel.
Chris has over 10 years of combined experience in serving as a group instructor and personal 1-to-1 coach to clients and program members that are actively seeking to master their nutrition, exercising properly and living a healthy lifestyle so they can have a stronger, leaner and happier body.
Chris decided to bring together the coaching and training tools he acquired and create a way to bring the right knowledge, powerful practices and direct support to help others discover their power to take action to look and feel the way they deserve. Out of this desire to help others reach a higher quality of living in the easiest way possible, the Fit4Life lifestyle was born.

Chris’ Coaching and Success Philosophy
“The path to long-term success in living a healthy life must start with a clear vision for how you want to see your life unfold and identify a deep purpose for why that actually matters to you. You must do the work to imagine how you want to look and feel as the decades of your life tick by. Then you must seek to consciously acquire the correct knowledge, mindsets, behaviors and attitudes that are required to make this a reality.
Next, you must commit to make intentional and progressive improvements in disciplined eating, proper exercise, healthy ways of managing stress, and getting proper rest. Spending time building more empowering behaviors in these areas will determine your quality of life and your ability to live your dream and make it an enjoyable process along the way.
Next, you must stay consistent in your commitments to maintain these behaviors and find proper accountability and support so you don’t lose focus of your vision when things get tough. Take consistent and bold action daily, celebrate your WINS and don’t be afraid to fail or look for areas to make improvements.
Finally, actively welcome the chance to develop the bravery that is required to get back up when you feel knocked down. It’s not about how many times you fall, but rather how many times you get back up. Always be determined to get back up, brush off the dirt and keep moving forward toward the life you want to live!”
